Earlier this year there was talk of buying quads from a wholesaler in SA, but I can't find the thread?
Can anyone help.

Thanks for that. xsliquidate are out of Raptors 
The other one on ebay states the quad is in China! They have 0 feedback. Sounds dodgy to me.
