Hey All Just Wandering Where Some Good Spots In Cairns And Surrounding Area 4 Riding Where The Boys In Blue Leave U Alone? I Know Of The Track Outside Of The Cairns Speedway But A Bit Small

Any Ideas Would B Appreciated

yeah i know lots of places.no hassells never garrantied.too busy trying to get a break in the weather to try and get some trout while their biting.so i have not been riding much lately.when the storms come the dust settles and the quads come out.so we will do more riding soon.please send your details in a p.m.

hey im always looking for locations to ride around cairns, but i can never find anywhere that is that good but legal.......i found the speedway place but that gets boring after a while.......Anyway i good place is Ross and Locke and Pete's Bridge Area, it is illegal there but the cops dont come down and get u so long as u dont ride in the car park area. You can get to ross and locke and petes bridge by doing a trail ride through some land from the new gordonvale bridge that is going in, only problem is u need a 4wd quad to do it in the wet season cos there are a lot of places that u will get stuck, u might b able to get through on a 2wd quad in the dry season though, ross and locke is cokpleely covered in water now though so you cant get into the bush part by the river unless u r daring. Any way if anyone knows of places around cairns to ride please post something cos i would really like to find a good place!

i used to work at blazing saddles up in kuranda... the property there is huge and a lot of the time only a very small amount is used, and in the wet season over half is in accessible because of a seasonal creak, but there is a gate at the other end of the property... and this club ive been hearing about im sure they'd be able to work something out with my old boss's even if it was just to use the property as a start/Finnish point, also there's 4wd tracks that go from the back of speewah to closey river road, then onto Davies creak road, and finally onto tinaroo

There are a few tracks I ride on a 4wd grizz, Quaid Rd-black mountain, 7 hills, davies ck, Tinaroo, and many more. Would love anyone who likes quad riding, prefer day/weekend adventure rides, to pm me or hook up. I don't want quad bike to go by the way of the jetski - No one to ride with, get bored, toy gets sold!!! I rego'd the quad to keep any issues minimal. Got pulled up by cop at G'vale and told that he was actually checking the grizz out rather than make a fine. I asked him if he could actually fine me for anything, and he said he can put me on the breatho to find out , or the good old fashioned public nuisance. But he put it EXACTLY HOW IT IS - If your being a (really nice person), your buggered, If you are not putting any effort in to be legal, your buggered, but you make a effort to be doing the right thing, any half decent copper will be reasonable. I was wearing a helmet and had my manners in so all was well.So ANY CAIRNS PEOPLE INTO TRAILS AND ADVENTURE RIDES, PM ME NOW AND HOOK UP. I Know some really great landowners who can let us ride freely without dramas on some massive farms within 2 hours of Cairns.

guys pm me your numbers or call me.. i live in mareeba there are bout 9 of us who race anything, trail ride everywhere and have heaps fun, we are all members of a club as well with i think last count 30 members. FNQuadriders. we are on bikes every weekend.. rain hail dust
