is there any good trails riding areas in sothern tas. surely we have somewhere in the south of the state to ride instead of having to travel for hours?

Its good riding up broad river (repulse dam) in the pines but stay off the main gravel road the cops dont like it. Good tracks around Dee lagoon have a look in the ride around Tasmania book.
