Does anyone know how to disconnect the rev limiter on a Suzuki LTZ 90??
I have removed the speed restrictor but still want to get a bit more out of it.
Any help would be great. Thanks |

I have removed the spacer and that made a noticable change.
I was told that you can bypass the engine rev limiter and it will allow it to rev a bit more. Hence giving some more speed.
But noone can tell me how to do this. |

I have since found out that you have to replace the CDI unit.
I'm told that this gives you an extra 2,000 rpm and about an extra 2 hp.
Looks like I will be buying a new CDI!! |
