I have just purchased a 2010 Honda TRX420FPA and want to service it myself, as I have done with all my bikes. I am just wondering what Oils are the best for this bike. I have also looked at common problems online and found one thing that does concern me. Apparently there has been a problem with the Sump plug threads cracking in the housing and stripping out. Even people that have torqued to the recommended 18ft/lbs have had the problem. Most of the ones that I have read that it has happened to have been 07-08 bikes. It would be nice if they have fixed the problem, this I do not Know. I have never had to worry about this sort of simple operation before, so I am a little paranoid about doing it.
