whats the best way to run in a new bike,not run into the ground that will come later

Racer or "farm" bike?
You can get some very passionate opinions. Rolls eyes
If your happy to do a rebuild sooner rather than later, it doesn't really matter.
Moderate use for the first 20 hours or so, without nursing it or flogging it works for me. Early loading up seams to work with modern technology.

push it reasonably hard but dont flog it and dont let it idle any longer than necessary to warm it up gotta bed the rings in not glaze the bore over

i just got a new trx450. Loading it up ??? is that going through gears with early changes & labouring the engine a bit ?? i heard it was better to do some small hill climbs to make the engine work a bit
