While I care little for ambulance chasing lawyers and the inevitable law-suits, US style, I do care about my fellow trail riders.
Even though this applies to the US assembled Grizzlies, maybe it's worth checking out. Your dead for a long time and getting maimed is worse.

I spoke with 2 yamaha dealers today and was informed that there has been no noted case in Australia , and that any owner that is affected wiill be notified by mail , also was told that it is the 550 grizzly that might be affected , so i will endeavour to find out more and let you know at the earliest possible time
