Well i decided to paint my A-Arms and modify the stock honda bumper
Then i found out how bad the damage was, after i wire brushed them abit,
I then sandblasted them down and painted them black
and put them back on,
next i got the boiler maker at my dads work to modify the stock honda bumper by putting a full plate from the bottom mount right up to the top and weld some pipe with bends in the ends and some gussetts in this is how it turned out

Painted
Now im just waiting on the paint on my bumper to dry so i can put it on.
