Yes they are still operating. I have a set of covers on order with them at the moment.

Hey Fossil when did you order them I have had some on order since 28/02/2010 paid for them by Visa on there on-line ordering system and have got nothing. Sent them 3 e-mails and they have not responded. Try and send them an e-mail and see if you get a response. I wrote them a letter today to see if I get a response.

Mate they are somewhat notorious for their poor customer service. I waited four weeks for my first set before I rang them direct. I was told that they had been sent and they couldn't understand why I hadn't received them. The guy I spoke to told me that they checked their emails daily but were sometimes away from the office at events. They sent another set the same day and told me to send back the others if they eventually arrived. The second set arrived 7 days later but the first lot never did. If my new set havent arrived within 10 days which is the usual delivery time from the U.S, I will be calling them to chase them up. I suggest you do the same. They are a very good quality product though.

Hi Fossil is this the number you ring them on 00111 867 519 737 0808. I have tried to call them from my mobile but have had no luck, if it is I will contact Vodaphone and find out whats going on.

Thanks mate I just called them and got there message bank I will blast them at 5.00am tomorrow morning. The problem laid with the 867 area code you dont need to use it. Wish ya luck with your covers.
