nah dom, i just meant that if you create something then the masses will follow. Mark knows my views on the subject. i'm just acknowledging that the speedway crew is on the path to success a little sooner than i first predicted. the quote "build it and they will come" is often used in team building excersises and other optimism enhancing forums.

well what a night.....some of the best racing i have ever been involed in and i was only in half of the event because i was pushing it that hard that the bottom end welded itself together.....congratulations to dan jarvis 4 winning the pro 450 state title,he was fast and clean all night and won all of his heats and came through and won the final.congrats to chris cluse for coming second and troy ellis for coming third,mel brandle 4th.
congratulations to danelle ellis for coming 1st in the pro 450s ladies,i am so proud of her ,she is a real tropper.congrats to heather shearer for coming 2nd and mellisia brandle for coming 3rd and karen hough in her first race on a quad 4 coming a very very close 4th.i would like to thank all the gillman staff for all there hard work and would really like to thank mark baker for all his time and effort to make this event the best quad speedway in the country in my eyes.well done all

Totaly aggree what a top night , with racing that close , specators will gladly pay too see it again and again. it can only get bigger next year, well done to ALL.


There was even a write up in fridays paper about the event.

Thanks to Mel Brandle,Chris Cluse, Rob Johnson and Darren Baker for your help before , after and during the meeting. Without you people meetings as good as this just dont happen. Well done to Dan Jarvis, Chris Cluse, Troy Ellis and Mel brandle, WOW what a final. Like Dom said every spectator must have gone home knowing that they got good value. Also to the ladies Danelle Ellis , Heather Shearer, Melissa Brandle and Karen Hough well done. And what about the Juniors havent they steped up?
