im after some ideas on lowering my quad for speedway...... has anyone else done this?

Just loosen the adjuster nuts on the springs and if your worried about the retainer on the bottom of the spring coming out then put some duct tape around it. Also spin the front rims to get a wider offset, if they are still standard wheels then you should still have enough clearance for the valve stem but check i had to take one valve cap off to get it to clear put some 20 inch tyres on the front and for the rear run some 18x9 tyres on standard honda/pred rims that will clear the cv joint .. Mine measured 1385mm wide (still legal by 15mm) and you could only just fit a pack of ciggys under it. Handled awesome

bring back the OUTLOW

ps. put a little more tension on the right rear spring this will keep the front left from lifting

thanks noodles il give it a go as for the front adjustment be a bit hard as we run both ways here and its the flag marshall that decides what way we go

easy enough to swap the extra preload from right to left.
