LET US RIDE IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Are you fed up with not being able to use and see our beautiful state of South Australia, sick of locked gates and unused tracks that would enable you to see the brilliant views and enjoyable rides that you can have with your mates. South Australia is one of the most, if not the most restricted states as far as trail bike riding goes, other states have Recreational Registration, access to forest tracks and kilometres of tracks and trails at their disposal, yet we have nothing.
Something is needed to be done about the rules and regulations for our riding access in South Australia, in our national parks and forests. Our goals are to gain access to more tracks that are never used so that we can enjoy our riding with our mates and so that fellow riders from all over Australia can enjoy our state for what it is, not what we are permitted to see.
We ask all riders and trail-bike enthusiasts to get behind us, whether you be in South Australia or interstate, join this fight to give us more access to our tracks, so that we can all enjoy them together. Show your support here> L.U.R.I.S.A |

welcome to the "fun police state".. no rec licence for riding with more open land than most, abolished crown land to prevent people hunting, every other state has this well in control with state forrests and game councils etc. No drag strip even when private enterprise is willing to pay for it in whole (60 million), when every other state has a fully state government paid facility..... Is it just me or is there some form of patern here. Its been nearly ten years since the state bank collapse which is what was blamed for a lack of funding was paid off. Maybe local members need to start looking at the recreational value and potential that this state has to offer and the thousands of voters that want to enjoy their hobbies in it. Sorry ,.. I know this is not constructive but the state government seems to not care at all about these issues for many years now, even when very heavily protested and voiced by the public. It does start to feel like a brick wall,.... but yes Im on board _________________ Consistency..... The last refuge for the unimagenative. |
