| Hey guys ,dont know if any of you use these neck braces that have conme on to the market the last few years but after seeing two of my mates have bad crashes(1 off a dune,1 off a fmx ramp) I will be buying one. Dune accident wasnt bad but landed on his head and after medical check up the doc said the neck brace saved his neck from certain break with force it took. the ramp one was worse with 3 broken vertebrae after flat landing. spinal ward at RPH in perth told him if he wasnt wearing it he wouldnt be walking. I think we should treat this like a helmet and not ride with out one. although they are pricey$$$. my mate wont be able to work for at least 6 months. consider income lost and about 800 bucks aint too much. anyways ride safe and make it home |

Here's a photo of the Leatt Brace http://www.motoworldracing.com/media/Leatt/08/Leatt-08-moto-gpx-club.jpg
they're a really high quality piece of equipment and come in 3 models, the adventura, club and pro models. They're all fairly similar just made of different materials and weigh different amounts. When fitted properly they're fairly unnoticeable while riding and will save your neck in a crash |

adventure is not repairable so think about the extra money if you want it to last and may have a few crashes pay the extra bucks
i will prob be selling my clubmen soon was used for 5 race meetings keep ya eyes open in the for sale section |

yeah i've tried on the alpinestar one, seems nowhere near as well made/designed and isn't as comfortable either as the leatt |
