Mate has a raptor 660 and the rear brake disc keeps warping. Has been replaced 3 times. also replaced bearings in swing arm and brake caliper due to possible cause. Does not warp on first ride after replacing disc. Usually will happen on second ride. Has anyone had this problem in the past or know what could cause it.
Thanx

There is a certain Australian made park brake block off plate that is made wrong and causes disc warping. The hole for the PB actuating pin is too small and holds the park brake on and warps the disc.
Failing that check you standard pin is not acting up or the caliper sliding rods are seized. |
