Just wanted to clarify that the BBQ Dinner will be held at the track following Presentations - so Approx 6.30;

The idea was to involve any spectators in the presentations so they could see who the riders were. The BBq dinner it is not a seated dinner is merely an opportunity for everyone to hang around after to socialise.

The catering is by Texas Bull Machine whom the club has used on a few occasions and thoroughly enjoyed. Sorry if there has been some confusion.

There will be a licenced bar during the days of racing however the bar won't remain open during the BBQ dinner, you will need to BYO drinks.

Please remember no alcohol in the pit area during the event!!
