Ok we started out on the edge of lake Pernaty AND zig zagged our way to the top of Lake Gaidiner .

Hopefully to can make out the map .

We weighed our bikes and trailers before we left 820kg total each bike .
the sand hills made them work hard, but they got throu ok .a lot of creek crossings and rocky out crops.

We travelled the first day about 200km then set up base camp and done day trips from there .tried to down load the GPS map to show you all the exact route but wouldnt accept the format.

We took a different way back mainly throu dense bush and along the edges of the lakes.

total trip about 650km and the bikes didnt miss a beat . our 700's have done 3000km now .
we used 200lites of fuel each , pulling throu the sand hills sucks up the juice .

If anyone is interested bought a new Garmin Oragon 400 GPS and downloaded shonky maps off the internet works Fantastic in the Bush.

I will post some more pics soon .

Cheers
