HELP ltr450 electrical clutch switch

hi could anyone tell me if there is a spring in the electrical switch that helps the copper gromet slide along the rod in the switch that then contacts the starter button wire and the black and yellow wire when you pull in the clutch to start the bike. as now my bike starts with out pulling in the clutch as i took the cover and the cap off.
yer stupid me Hrm

most other quads start with the clutch out anywayz to have it in to start it is only a safety feature im pretty sure

thanks zookltr yer i would like to have that as a safety feature the bike shouldnt start if the clutch is not pulled in. still trying to find out if it has a spring or something in the switch to engage the copper gromet to make a contact with the two wires that go in to the switch thanks.

Just cut the two wires that go into the switch and join them. My switch broke up and thats all i did.
