not really in dampier itself as its surrounded by marsh.

but one you get into karratha you will find alot of tracks and small riding spots, its not bad.

i live in wickham and when i get my banshee running i would be glad to take you up the coast to see some good trail riding spots and the small amount of sand. normally a 4 hour ride there and back (all i can get on my bike)

let me know how it turns out.

PS wheres your new job and what do you do?

A couple of hours North of you we have plenty of riding areas. River beds, trails, and plenty of coastline as well.

Thanks people. I have been to Karratha alot and some of those river crossing between Port Headland and Karratha look very inviting. How is Wickham, I lived their for 4 years between 98 - 2002. Im a fitter for BHP working on shovels and drills, but might be taking a job with RIO as a fitter on their Tug and Line boats and other bits and pieces. And thanks, ill take you up on that ride. Cheers. If you know a couple named Paul and Darlene Munro. Say Gday

You can find some about half way between karratha and dampier to the left if you heading in to dampier.
