UREKKA I VE GOT IT!!!!!LETS PUT HANDICAPS ON THEM, THE FAST GUYS PUT EXTRA WEIGHT ON THEM, SERIOUSLY IS THIS WHAT THE SPORT HAS COME TO. SORRY TO TELL YOU BUT THE BIKE DOES NOT MAKE THE RIDER. ITS THE OTHER WAY ROUND. THERE IS ONLY A HAND FULL OF KIDS RACING AND YOU WANT TO HAVE EXTRA CLASSES. AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE ALL OUT THERE HAVIN FUN.THERE IS PLENTY OF TIME TO GET COMPETITIVE WHEN THEY BECOME SENIORS.

I am for close, cheap and fair junior racing, how that is achieved i dont know. I hardly think allowing parents to modify 450cc quads to fit within the age capicity limits is the way to go.
To build a hybrid quad is too exspensive and mostly unreliable and unsafe concept.
I have seen many hybrids and ridden a few and i would hate to race one.
I wouldnt call the apex a hybrid its a production race ready quad and it has its place on the race track, to have a quad like the 250f out of the box race ready is great for the sport and its about time orhers followed.

I would love to have one in my garage not for my boy but for me.

I have a class request senior 250 class? All on apex 250f i would sign up

I'd play too or approach KTM to put a 250f motor in the 505 frame that'd be cool.

One thing to remember is racing is an elite sport requiring bucket loads of cash, riding is for the rest requiring only the cash you have to spare. decide if you wanna be a pro rider or not then you know how much too spend.

lack of numbers doesnt seem to worry 2 wheelers

you could have a grid of 125/250 on the same grid with A and B and C grade in each class, yes thats 18 trophies.

even when we had 20 200/300 racing in WA we only had outright 1st 2nd 3rd.
Grading wouldve been good, though no time ever felt like the right time.

2 wheelers always have grading whether theres 40 or 4 riding
