me and my mate have purchased our boys raptor 90s if any 1 want their kids to ride quads at our events we need 2 more to have a class then club cant say no to junior quad class wanting to ride even if it on the flat track/demo(no jumps) that they ride on
the doors open at our club i just need help keeping it ajar

hey princess, yer id say 99% that it will be a car event, we just have to find out if we are gonna get a few runs or just be some type of demo, wouldnt want any out towners coming for a 20 min demo, if we were covered by there insurnace in some way we should get a few runs hopefully.

we got 2 90s here i would have to find out at a club general meeting how they would run a junior class i would say if had group of 4 juniors theyd ride intogeter like a demo class on the demo/flat track

as a non comp 50 & 90's combined it becomes a bit of a problem pending on the age gap it has been done before you need to speak to kev {he knows how to arrange it } and or MASA and know who and how many to make it worth while any exposure is great its whether or not people will travel for demos
hope so cheers my 2 cents worth time for a coffee Sunday afternoon too dam hot here in the shed maybe a shandy ha ha scoots teaching me how to drink beer woooopie its fun

no kev doesn't ......... juniors got way too hard a couple of years back, and my low level of intellect cant comprehend it all. i got into deep excrement over allowing the squires kids to ride at murray bridge earlier this year, and i thought i was doing a nice thing by getting them a ride and personally offering to pay the licencing increase. as a result, no more mister nice guy, and no more trying to understand juniors sorry. my official's licence expired, and i'm not likely to renew it in the forseeable future, because of the increased level of red tape regarding juniors

my apologies, but i've been an official for a while, maybe some parents of juniors can now take the plunge, do the course, and be officials at some events

all cool kirsty, my gripes aren't at you guys and i apologise if it came across that way. i was more than happy to do what i did but it seems msa saw it very differently.

and i've enjoyed the fact that your kids are getting really good at this stuff, including their acceptance speeches lol

matty, you and all the whyalla chapter are most welcome to come mix it up at qrasa events we'd be keen to see what mark has to offer at pt augusta too i reckon. the club's agm is in december and once we've elected a mx committee and co-ordinator, work will begin on the 2011 calendar. stay keen and stay tuned

Port Augusta would be a great idea. I know of a couple of people who might be interested who live in the Flinders. Even if it's just to watch. I know we'd be keen.
Give me another year or 2 and I'll consider nominating. I need way more knowledge!!!

hey there kirsty,

we went to the last whyalla mx round a few weeks ago and were introduced to the guy who is currently running the show at pt augusta, turns out i know him lol. he seems keen to negotiate some quad activity there in 2011. but having said that , we will need to consider other committments and events already scheduled, and hopefully blend it all together

ill see what i can organise even if i go 2 port augusta agm and put a prposal forward tha we like ride quads at their track and have a quad event in near future and ride local mx rounds
if any 1 has ideas on how i can word the preposal or any other ideas feel free 2 give me a ring or send a pm

no hope 4 junior quads at local wyhalla mx the new commitie anti quads
just got a senior quad class only sorry i tried guys
will have 2 wait n see if we hold any more qrsa events
see what i can get organised at port augusta ufortunatly ill be at work when the port augusta club have their AGM in january 11
may be if some 1 fro QRSA could send port augusta a epression of intrest letter
il be happy to do the rest of the field work in person

this is a no go sorry guys but
we might be able to a speedway round in whyalla in march next year when they have a classic car round
the licencing will be done trough MASA at the moment it is still in oraganisiation stages but if we have good quad numbers we might be able to get sumthing more perminate at this stage we want to know who be intrested in riding at whyalla speedway
