back to the original question... i have sold a few things now (xr250, cr500, land cruiser ute...) and found that the best form of advertising in my experience is parking the vehicle on the side of the road in a busy area with a big "for sale" sign.

i am however very fortunate to have a mate who lives on the highway who put them out every morning and took them in every night and locked the cr up to a post for me too...

i had the cr advertised on bikesales.com.au as well, i think it was like $10 with a pic and stays on till it sells? good value...

my bro bought his banshee after seeing it on bikesales.com.au.

yours should be quite easy to sell considering it is so new, the best thing to do is make sure it is always looking mickey mouse whenever someone comes to look at it, im talking the works and jerks, silicon spray on the plastics and tyres and autosol all the alloy, it will all make a great first impression!

Dan b4 ya sell look into a person loan to pay out ya yamaha finance since now you have a CREDIT RATING you may find a bank will loan ya the cash as a mate got a bmw car on finance for $19000 at 20 yrs of age he then went to bank after the refused him b4 he got the car i think was about 6 mths later and got a loan for $27000 on a personal loan

just a option other then that good luck selling it is all i can say and hope ya get what ya after
