Im in guys , Daniel - U know i will help in any way i can - I spent 10 yrs getting the Quad scene off the ground in NZ , Shouldn't take that long here.

Darryl Petch will welcome the help. We also have a friend in the form of Geoff Udy , (yamaha Gatton) , although Geoff is always busy doing all sorts of things with motorsport, I know he will back us as much as he can. He too is a big quad supporter and a good reference point.

Club or association sounds good. Lets keep it simple to start with.
Maybe get some "one off use of some land and see how well that is supported first.
Can i suggest we allow two wheelers where they are family orientiated as apposed to hard out two wheel riders. Families are where the growth is ..... Cater to this market and you will always be well supported.

Maybe a later idea would be to buy or lease our own piece of land and promote the sport from there.

Anyway , who would have thought a warning about fines for illegal riding would end up with a few like minded speed junkies taking a big leap in the local quad scene ...go figure ..... bring it on !!!!!!!!!!

Hello to all you fellas that have been on here talking about trail riding, my name is Jaden and im the secretary of the QQRA.
The qld quad riders assoc is for everyone and is the QLD VOICE FOR ALL QUAD RIDERS, we dont have a big trail riding scene because no one is willing to organise it under our banner. I have had people in the past say this and that, and ive offered for them to help organise rides under our insurance/MQ affiliation but when it comes to the crunch, they dont stand up and help. At this stage we offer social riding/trips and MX supermoto racing. WHY? because our current members are mx/dirt track riders and support this form of racing.

This is my open invitation to rapshee and the others on here. If you want to join our club we are a non-profit club, and we would love to have you come on board and organise rides thru our club. Please call me if your interested in helping.
