And I'd agree with PeteW, rec reg in Vic isn't going to happen.
Conditional rego, that's got more promise.
The above link from the DSE regarding trail bikes. I got it from recent studies here in QLD. (  The various state bodies actually talk to one another.....)
Without the $50 words,spreadsheets and formulas, some govt depts have actually worked out that trail riding is carried out by educated, middle aged family people as the majority of riders. And they spend a lot of money pursuing "serious recreation". |
its a lot about nothing, I'm on the so called "Sth Western committe" which covers the Otways, its just a paper shuffle exercise.

G'day all,
I havent logged into the forum for a while and still quadless, was wondering whats the latest in reagrds to riding legally?
Ive read some posts which some of you say its pretty much never gonna happen. I can hack that, i wanna know what your excuses are when you get caught and what fine you face up front, lets say im licensed and have full protective gear on.
I am also in the frame of mind of: good luck catching me.
So whats the latest fellas?
