Glad to hear you enjoyed the day Brian, it was one of the wettest and wildest Easter's we have had for at least 8 years , rest easy knowing you wern't the only one sliding outta control . If you get a chance you should come back for a club day one weekend , it gets better with a bit less wet stuff.
Thanks to everyone who travelled to our corner of Qld , it is greatly appreciated and of course congratulations to the podium getters, top work !
* Copied from the Western star ( local paper)
A great turn out of 24 quad racers attended the event; a great coup for the organizers. " Quad racing is a great sport for spectators and the races were tight and hard fought all day" Roma and district motor club secretary Ellie Jones said.
Craig Blackburn of the Toowoomba club took out the Quad B- Grade from Troy Buchanan and Dwayne Shute.
Talent from all across the region came to compete in the A-Grade quad race. In the end , it was a double for the Clermont club with Michael Brooks just pipping Myles dillon . * Reference, SicMic took home the number 3 plate.
Thanks again to all |

Thanks everyone for the top day. Even the worlds fastest quad rider (the old man) loved the day and wants to thank everyone for their encouragement throughout the day. He wants to come back for more. Good to see we are making it bigger each year. And was good to catch up with everyone again.

He done a bloody good job for a young fella , I'm thinking with a little track time he'll be a contender in his respected class come Qld titles, |

we ususally get around 5-7 on average,
1 - Roma
4- Mitchell
1- Nth of Augathella , (4 hours west of Roma).
We have also been supported by riders from Toowoomba , Burnett region, CQ , Morree/Goondowindi in the past, when they can, this helps to boost the numbers , and keeps the racing interesting. |
