Tough one...
with tyres the answer is just about always the one that wears out the fastest has the best traction, or the one that lasts for ever offers less traction.
Maybe make your choice based more on points like which one is taller, or lighter etc.
And then the type of performance is the best decider.
I like the GNCC because of the steering feel.
The Razr2's have a very agressive shoulder and can hook up fairly savagely... depends what yo are after and how you ride
