I picked this up off a Canadian forum.

It is a interesting attempt at beating up "ATV's". I reckon the media failed dismally......
BUT
The statistics they quote are big numbers compared to Aus.
Over a million riders, and over 90 000 new units sold every year.
******************************************************
150 or so killed annually, with "thousands more maimed and injured".
The media sort of gloss over the fact that nearly all killed were not wearing a brain box but emphasis that over half killed were as a result of roll-overs. The products are UNSAFE!
And, quite naturally, cites what's on You tube to back their claims that the neither the Govts. or the manufacturers are protecting citizens!
******************************************************
A interesting tale about a leatherman too......
And all this only proves what my old Dad has always said is right.
YOU CAN'T LEGISLATE AGAINST STUPIDITY.
