Some ideas there.......Depends what you want. 
Austraco in Melbourne have got it covered locally with Kolpin and the Tamarack range. 
You'd probably get it cheaper shipped direct from the USA IF you want to take the RISK. And frieght can be frightenening.

I believe you really have to custom build for your, was also trying to find one but no luck.
