Hi all,
CRYSTAL BROOK MX on May 30th HAS BEEN CANCELLED We will now be racing at Renmark on May 23rd with limited class/laps, they will be:

Intermediate - 5 laps
Women & Clubman (combined) - 4 laps
90cc-110cc OEM & Modified (combined) 3 laps
200cc-300cc - 4 laps
50cc demo class - 1 to 2 laps (modified track)

Sorry NO jumbo class, time will not permit.

We will still need to supply a flaggy for this round.
The grounds will be opened at 2pm on Saturday afternoon for those wishing to camp the night & canteen will be ran on Sunday.

This is very short notice since quite a few of us only just arrived back or are still arriving back from representing our club at the tri states
I know that atleast 1 couple that share a bike and 1 races clubman and the other races womens so how do they now race when there both in the same race They also dont have the internet on so if there is others in this position how are they going to find out about the change in date& location ?????????

Do we still have a drop round like previous years?????

Just to add to the above,
Where are the sup regs for the event?
Is it a Riverland club meeting or a QRASA Meeting?
The Sup Regs on MSA web site say it is a Closed to Club Riverland meeting if so do we need to be members of the riverland club?
When do entries close?
With the short notice will there be a late entry fee?

Hi All,
Thanks for your concerns.
Yes it will be a point round for the club, this was all decided by the members that attended the club meeting on Wednesday. There is a drop round still this year so maybe you might need to use it for this round if you can not make it.
You use our entry forms, Just circle riverland (i will know what you mean), you don't have to be a member of riverland, just a member of QRASA.
Entries must be to me (address on entry form as usual) by Friday because of late notice, with monies. No late entry fee, as long as it is payed by the Friday (you will need to write receipt numbers on the top of your forms with date if you pay straight into the club account and I will check this with the treasurer at close of week).
Thanks also to Steve for your concerns, I have spoken directly with this person in question and there does not seem to be any problems now. It has been sorted out directly with myself via a phone conversation.
If you are unable to atttend due to short notice (like myself), I am sorry for your inconveniences but this was the decision that was made at the club meeting by the majority of members earlier this week.

good work chelsea, glad you were able to take full advantage of the offer made by renmark to help us out at such short notice after having to cancel crystal brook, and as usual, the renmark people are more than happy to accomodate us by making the necessary alterations. again, well done chels and thanks for your efforts.
