Apart from the ride, ATV OFFROAD commissioned the Jackal and myself to help do some product evaluation.
The idea was to find stuff to really test out their "Pit bull Growler tyres", their new T-max winch and the synthetic rope...
 WE FAILED DISMALLY!
My brief and un-biased appraisal.
The tyres are a simply superb mud and trail tyre, head and shoulders above anything else on the market over here. The tread pattern doesn't clog up, they ride well and don't weigh a ton. Good gear.
And because we had so much trouble getting it stuck, it was hardly a fair way to appraise the winch. But on the short pull it got put on, it hardly loaded up. They've got a good reputation.
Synthetic winch rope is just superior to SWR rope in this application. Period.
No rusting, cut gloves and hands or the rope self destructing if it bunches up on one side. Good gear.
It'll take me a while to edit and upload the videos but here is some of my pics.
And it is unreal how good a 350 raptor can do difficult trail work.
And it was soft in spots..
A few had been and busted before us....
Rusty hardly needed his winch......
We really tried to find stuff to stop this modded Grizzly.....
And I reckon that you'd need a well placed one of these to stop this sensibly modded Grizz;y....

All Rusty needs is a set of Richochetr skid plates and a gill net and we'll be right for a feed with the entertainment.
