Guys,
Plenty of gems like this one all around the country. At around $175 per acre, this one would be less than $10K each for a syndicate of 10 people for 560 acres of riding land.

560 acres is 2.26 square kilometers! You'd be around it, through it, and over it by dinner time.
1800 acres, that's 7.3 square kilometers! You'd have room for a pretty good enduro track.

| Hi Fossil,Hey thanks for the coffee the otherday when Husky goat and i rocked up on our road trip. Morgan sa is a nice town just happens to be where i live good MX track as well bike racing nearly every second weekend. |

Your welcome. Pop in anytime you are close by. We may drop in on you guys in a couple of years when head around OZ. This property is a lot closer to good amenities than most of the large acreages currently on the market. I am surprised it is so cheap and still available given the amount of enduro events in S.A.
