i have 3 red houser +2 stems with fatbar clamps and 2 houser steering flags
will be sold as packages as:
stem/clamp/flag X2
stem and clamp X1
excellent condition
$300 for stem,clamp and flag
$250 for stem and clamp

What are steering flags?
