Manar, a popular ride park in qld has asked if the qqra would be interested in holding a quad only timed enduro event at there park. I would like to know, how many riders would be interested. We were thinking of 3 loops the 1st being a hot lap around a short 1 min loop, 2nd being a ? number of laps around a 5 min loop and 3rd being 2 or 3 laps around a longer 15 min loop. Riders will be let go 3 min apart in order of hotlap finish. Hopefully held 17-18/JULY/2010.

Jed and I would be starters. There would be different classes i.e
juniors, ladies, novice, intermediate and opens. Trophies in each class depending on the numbers who race/nominate.thanks Scotty.

The date for this is the labour day long weekend , so you get to have a race , enjoy the 15000 acres of riding this property has to offer,as well partake in a QQRA weekend with lots of other riders there to have a good time. Saturday night dinner is supplied for members of the QQRA and non-members can eat for a nominal fee.Hope to see you there. thanks Scotty.

could be interested, only thing is the weekend before is the thumb pump enduro in SA, so might struggle to get there due to timing.
good t hinking though, as this would be a great start to kick some more enduro racing off in the country.

Mite have a few probs with running a event on the long weekend.
Will have to get back to you all soon on a new date!
Come up or down it is allways a good weekend at Manar.

That would be the best time for every one as it is a long weekend and people who are traveling might want the extra day so they dont have to pack up and travel in the middle of the night that way you might get more bikes?????????

uyer guys due to the popularity of the park on a long weekend it is not possible to run the enduro then as we need to close half the park off for saftey reasons, we are just looking over a few weekends now, if anyone has some good suggestions for dates please let your ideas be herd...... This event will be run as an enduro n will consit of 5 classes ( A,B,C,Ladies,12-16 Jnr and we will have a under 12 demo class) with trouphies for each class, licsences will be needed and day licsence can be purchased on the day, nominations will be about the $50 mark but thi will include use of the rest of the park for the day... this info will be updated as it comes to hand... would be good to see big numbers in all classes and should make for some good riding.....
