hi there,
goto your local licencing centre ask for "new off-road" licence.
make sure u take in ur engine number and just general details of the quad like colour, brand, tansmission etc...etc
it cost $12.
$6 for plate
$6 for rego
and $6 every year after that!

I used my VIN number as my engine number as because i couldnt find one on the actully motor, manuel didnt say were i couldnt find it.
the licence centre will be all fine with it anyways.
