| Are these worth getting. Do they stop arm pump up and fatigue. Any help much appreciated. |

| they wont stop arm pump and fatigue but make things feel alot smoother through the bars thus it takes longer to get tired, best money you could spend if you do alot of trail riding |

if you are going to get one get a good one or its not worth having, the one above is not the greatest, try a pep or the style that has fast and slow adjustments on it.

| I used one of those of ebay on my raptor and had no problems with it and I was doing some hard desert riding !!! You can buy a rebuild kit with then as well. |

| I think there were 7 settings and I ran on No5 in fine desert sand. |
