Hey every 1,

I Had just finished putting the 535 engine together for my Shee and got some new NGK plugs, after a total of about 2 minutes of idling and 30 seconds of slow riding the bike started to run crap (poping and farting out of 1 pipe) then ended up locking up.

at first i just thought it was a crook carby.

I have now pulled the plugs out and found this.

What could have caused this to happen in such a short time of a new engine and new plugs?

Also who sells Denso Plugs?? lol

cheers, Paul

you might need a colder plug. that was prob to hot. when they heat up to much they usually blister and burn the insulator.... NOT destroy it, lol. hope it didnt wreck that engine!!!

Go at least a couple of heat ranges colder for a start point and tune up from there.
If they are too cold you'll only dirty plugs, if they are too hot you could destroy your engine.
