Massive horsepower = massive tyre shake = rear tyres in the air like this

there is a little difference between a (claimed) 90 hp yammy and a 6000hp Hemi.

sorry for my being smart but about my reply but it was called for at the time. my mate dazz waS RIDING WITH ME TODAY AND WAS WATCHING the way the bike was launching. i knew it was fast but then he said ill take some photos, that is when i believed him ,he said he was going to post pics. as far as compression goes the starter clutch struggles to turn over the engine you have to hold the starter on and let it wind over about 3 times b4 it will fire. but this could be because everything is new and tight. my next mission is dyno. i was told when i bought this it was dyno 90hp at wheels, so one way to find out i would like to know myself.

the only reason the rear wheels will come off the ground is
1 uneven surfaces ie off road
2 poor chain adjustment
3 faulty or poor suspension setup

thanks for the heads up guys will check all these out., and i didnt do a compression test on it so i dont know, but maybe after a while the motor dropped a bit of compression, and now its been refreshed its probably back to where it was at 14.1, but im going to take my mecanic to the dyno with me to set it up properly and play with the dyna comp and see what it does, have written away to dyna and asked for specs and found there are 4 different settings so will have to try that out as well.

went riding with quad boy on the weekend ...
his ATV has allways been fast but since Nelson the Quad / Bike mechanic out @ reedy creek has rebuilt his motor the 660 is so much faster i think a 3rd faster again.

i watched as his quad spent 60% of the time with the front wheels in the air ...

i saw him change gears with the wheels in the air right thru to 3rd when he hits the throttle the ATV instantly revs up to like 11k it roars like a freaking tiger and the back end starts to move left or right like a funny car, the ATV was Loosing grip on the dirt all day too much freaking power ...

Nelson is an awsome mechanic hes put that motor together like a work of ART i snapped a couple of photos of quadboy on my phone to show nelson

Quadboy didnt belive me that most of the time his wheels were off the ground ...

if thats a 6 hp bike then mine must be a 0.5 hp cause im sure there are not alot of 700s that are going to catch it

so with all the riding, you must have witnessed the back wheels in the air on takeoff..

he must be a bloody skilled rider to do a 1st, 2nd, and then 3rd gear wheelie while the back wheels are in the air as well

"im pretty sure thats not what i said you jealous smart ass" he had no clue mate what was going on while he was riding he thought his wheels were on the ground ..

as for the back wheels in the air on take off .. i could be wrong but is it possible that the bike has so much tourqe that the chain could be pulling so hard on the rear sproket that the rear shock starts to compress ??

as for that motor im told like a house deposit went into the parts to make it so its prob 1/2 decent hey ...

No its not a drag bike but its fast fast fast it would easy kick the P.. outa a 450 infact you would just eat his dirt all day

do you think a heavy bumper would keep his front wheels down a bit ?

sounds like a animal i would say a bullbar of a truck mite keep the front down and put one on the back to keep the back wheels from going in the air on take offs
