hey everyone
i was looking on the yamaha motor australia website and i stumbled upon a 07 banshee is this realy true or not????

Im pretty shure that the banshee and blaster (most 2 strokes) are coming here in 07 but not going to america to be sold.

| i heard that yamaha has stopped making the blasters and the 2007 banshee is gonna be the last because of pollution or something like that,and i think there only making 4 strokes for now on........cheers |

About time we get something they dont for a change.....
California's strict emissions laws have killed the 2 stroke in the US,they have random road side "Smog" test's on your car and if she's blowing a little over its towed..LOL,i did 3 weeks in the US in June and LA smog is insane !

yup, no new banshee's for the US, only us here in OZ and some of Europe, maybe the last year though.

Canada are getting the '07 so the US guys can just go north to buy one,i liked the yellow 50th anniversary model it was pretty cool.

| i think the 07 will be the last as the US market is not there they see aus as small fry so it is not worth making them just for us and a few others |
