We now have more room in the workshop so we are now able to do any work involving metal by professional trades people. cnc ,welders ,benders ,sheetmetal,larger motor placement ,chassis ect..

Good to see some private enterprise stepping towards Quads instead of away from them.

Thanks quad for your support.
But im glad I dont have to survive on quads and modifications, so far I could just afford a pie from the local shop on the business rolling through the door.

Business is slow but we have straightned several axles straighted and welded chassis ..tons of a-arms,TIG welded plenty of side cases.ect

As far as I can work out no one makes Alloy heel plates to fit a banshee to replace the stock plastic ones. I know you can buy complete nerfs with them in it but I already have nerfs (JMC Ones). Can you give me a price to make a set and Im sure more people out there with banshee would like some, Thanks

The reason not many make after market heal guards is as you said,nurfs just come with them and footpegs already.To manufacture heal guards is no problem ,but to make them fit each nurf bar,I would need your bike,with your existing nurfs in place.
To be perfecty honest I looked into making nufs up in 1990 ,infact I even made a set,currently here in australia it is cheaper to buy a set then fabricate a set.
Ring jmc and have him chase you up a set ,and sell your old ones on here for a hundred.
