This is our new revised Turbo Kit for the stock 700 Raptor 06-09 models.
This kit consits of the following items,
Gt25 Turbo Charger (Garret) Oil & Water Cooled
K&N Air Filter & Breather Filter.
Intercooler & all Piping
Extra Injector 500cc
Blow off Valve (Turbo Smart)
Oil Lines And Water Lines & Hoseclamp & Hardware required.
Piggy Back ECU to control fuel & Timming & Extra injector.
Adjustable boost Controller (Optional)
Full Custom Exhaust System.
This kit is designed for a stock engine with no other mods required.
This Unit has been tested and dyno proven to make 85-90hp on 15 psi of boost.
A clutch upgrade & spring kit is recomended for dune riding & Paddle tyres.
This kit retails for $6500.00

$6500.00 is the price. (Dealer pricing available)
Hidden costs are that its cheaper to build a turbo a 700 than a aspirated engine.
The fine print 6-8 weeks before i can supply one.

Thats is a supply price.
What im prepared to do is install and tune the first 5 kits ordered by anyone from this forum.
Bike must delivered to our workshop or transport can be organised.

Zac what power was that one putting out? What do most of the turbo guys use them for? I would have thought they would be too much power for anything other than the beach drags

This made on 13 psi 79hp and on18 psi made 93hp.
These guys mainly use them for trail riding and occasionly go to the dunes with them in S.A.
This customer had a Hi-Lo boost controller fitted so he could play on the trails on low boost and switch to Hi if he wanted more power.
The power delivery is not agrresive the kit is set up for the purpose of dune & Trail riding its very user freindly dont get me wrong it is alot of power after 5000rpm you really start to feel the power come on.
This kit was not designed for drag racing as we have tried to keep the bottom end power.
But theres no reason why you cant race it is a very fast bike.
Next time i up at stoko i'll let you know and you take one for a run.

Hell yeah, I’m interested in doing this to mine one day. What else is required beside turbo, manifold and cooler? Programmable ignition? Cam? Eboost?

Hi I just bought a Yakahosu turb kitfor $3900 US prior to reading ur article double the horse power and double the torque the reckon. A few weeks to wait can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!![/img]

Fresh of the dyno this is a 734cc turbo Raptor just finished it.
106hp @ 18psi. Ported oversize valves lock up clutch CP 105mm piston 10.5.1 on 98 octane pump gas. +2mm Ported Throttle Body.
