I use the Camelbak Mule (3L) and find it's OK for a day's ride. Wouldn't mind a bit larger storage area though. _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |

I recently bought the "Outer Limits Saratoga 3Ltr" Hydration pack. paid $59. It is worth paying the extra Dollars & go the better brands, I've had the cheapo's & they always bloody leak sooner or later from the filling cap.
This one has a real o'ring type seal screw in cap.
Works for me

size depends upon you - for the kamfari i use a 3ltr with plenty of pockets for zippy ties etc G only runs a 1 - 1.5 ltr. we each have our fav and he will never touch mine as i tend to bite the mouthpiece... lucky they are replacable. I also prefer the ones with a belt around clip as well as the shoulder straps - less bounce on the back is good on rough stuff. My kids like to have their own small one - all miss independant.... oh and large fill hole is better i think... _________________ Family is most important.... next is our quads |

Some have a tap at the mouthpiece, which is pretty hard to open with one hand while you're riding. If you only want to have a drink when you're stopped that's fine, otherwise get one with a "bitepiece" not a tap.
BUT the tap will ensure it don't leak !!!
The strap around the waist is also a good place to attach ur kill switch cable.
Make sure it has somewhere you can securely put your car keys.
I use the Caribee brand, 2L "quencher" _________________ Cheers,

Most Camelbak dealers sell the bladder replacement as well. What I found was buying a bottom of the range 3L Camelbak and using the 3L bladder is nearly as cheap as buying just the bladder. _________________ Don't close your eyes during the crash, you'll miss the best part |
