yeah you can, you can probably get it from Poolaris but it'll be expensive....
google "Outlaw 525 service manual" , you'll probably find one on ebay or something similar in the US.
If its just about the KTM engine then you could try www.manualz.info and look in the KTM section.

I found a site that has the Manuals in the US for $5.99 USD and you download them in PDF format which makes it easy to view, and you can print as many copies as you like without the worry of getting the pages dirty.
