sounds like a great idea Rosco ,, we could have can am and can am and can am in it lol..

Would be a great idea, but it would depend on who would ride them as even when they do it over in the usa when they have the shoot outs , no one is game to sh-t can specific brands ,, in case they lose ther advertising money from particular manafacturers , depends on who spends the most money in a set period of time.

What do you think yogie any ideas

your spot on about the advertising dollar, ATV action shouldnt be to concerned about upsetting the Japanese manufacturers because they dont spend any dollars in the mag.

But it would need to a indapendant course with all manner of obstacles, gee I know great place near me that could cater every thing they need. And the rider level would also be a interesting choice, i.e by putting a novice on all the test bikes and let him or her go through the series of obsticles, to see how much of it is rider, bike and rider/bike challanges. I think we should do it... Confused

I think it was Yogie that got me to thinking,(And It Did'nt Hurt laughing ) when he said that both the 800's didn't have the same feel when it came to the power. So I thought all manufactures must design their quads in different way's to attract their potential cliental. It would be good to see which quad shines in it's particular forte`. What I mean to say is that some quads will proberly out-shine the Can-Am's in regards to the off-camber situation. Others may be better in bog holes and so forth.

rider choices, I think should be, are:

A MX racer/rider
A dedicated ag bike rider (trailrider, not a farmer)
A novice, and ideally a female
and of course me... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

the list of bikes i feel it should be

Can Am 650 outlander
Polaris 700
Grizz 700
Bruteforce 750

these are generally covered by the trail riders primarly and the honda's and suzi's arent what trail riders use, well in all my years of trail riding I've never seen any of those.

Any dealer or manufactures out there, just PM and I'll organise somthing. Smile

Mate this beast would have to be in the line up for sure laughing laughing laughing Just to see how it performs compared to the Polaris 800 Sportsman, Outlander 800 & Grizzly 700. Now while we're on the subject of big bores, what would Suziki, Honda & Kawasaki have to bring to the table Confused Confused Confused As I'm not up to date with their models.

The list that I made I feels reflects what the trail guys are buying now and in last 2-3 years, And suzi's dont offer much except their king quad, but a farmers bike, hondas also a farmer bike, the Green brand has the bruteforces 650, 750i.

So make your list, and we'll pick the eyes out of it, its just a disscusion after all. Wink
