Best I have seen is a truck gearbox jack.
Sturdy as & goes up to about 6' if you want it that high.
About 5-600 bucks worth.

This is the style of jack. http://sumomoto.en.alibaba.com/product/50383695/51850148/motorcycle_stands_lift/Hydraulic_MX_Lift.html
Maybe give these guys a call. http://www.liftkingaustralia.com.au/index.html
Found this 1 too. http://www.safetech.com.au/files/product-information.asp?pid=20
Still can't find the one I mentioned though on line. Call a mechanics supplier & ask them about a gearbox lifter.

the ones that are sold as ATV lifts are crap, no where near high enough.

the scissor list trolleys are the best type, you can get a good one for under $600 about the only thing that you cant do on them is change the oil. but there is no reason why you couldn't modify one to include a drain hole in it.
