Mick,
Is this a goer? I haven't seen anything on the forum as yet, just the preliminary stuff on the QRCV website. A few people asking for details.

Hey Fossil it's defentely a goer he is just finishing off the sup reg at the moment. I think the night session is out unfortunately but there will be an extra day session. For the amount of work the hairy little fella has put in I hope it turns out to be a outstanding success for him and quad racing in general. It going to be a perfect lead up to Finke

Where is it? I might come watch. Not sure though. The coaching thing would be good but I won't have a decent quad by then and the heap of crap I have got at the moment will probably have blown up. _________________ "If in doubt go flat out"

She is all go people.
3 classes (Ironman, Ironwoman and teams).
All classes same amount of prize money ($1000 first, $700 second and $500 third).
Inter club permit so $44 one event licenses available at sign in.
Entries will open later this week. I am making sure all my i's are dotted and t's are crossed before I open up the entry floodgates.
This should be one of the biggest ATV events of the year. If we get enough entrants, we will look at running another one later in the year, perhaps in NSW or QLD, then a 3 round series next year. The plan is to be allowed to run the series eventually as a National ATV Cross Country Series, but we need to get the numbers to this one first to prove to MA that the sport is big enough to justify it. I've done my bit, now you guy's and gals need to do your bit by entering and coming along to make the event a success.

I can't wait to see the mix up of all the big names and the new factory teams.
Anyone with a quad bone in the body would be mad to miss it.
Team Bullet are itchin to sign the entry form.

Her girls, don't forget there is over $2000 in prize money in the ladies class alone, and the same goes for any of my fellow fat old buggers who can't ride for more than 40km at a time, the teams class is for you!

I believe you can enter one bike or two in the teams class - but - you must finish on the bike you started with.

Spot on Linc.
If you nominate a seperate bike each, you must ride the bike you nominate on. If one of you breaks down, the other rider must finish the rest of the race. You can nominate to share the one bike, however if it breaks down, you are out of the race. It is an endurance race, so you and at least one of your machines have to finish. Check out the sup-regs on the 47 website (http://www.47industries.com/storage/entry%20form%20final.pdf).

Maybe around 7 hours all up???
not bad over 2 days.
I'll be running the in spec 125 Petey.
Maybe not sensible, but I want to do these types of events within the standard class.
I'm not sure if i'll iron man or team yet????? _________________ Can-Am X Team

Thanks for 'righting' that statement Smitty.
I'm sure we all know where Petey would have caught 'any' of his 'STUPID' from...
I couldn't take credit for your good work mate.
Thanks for the encouragement Feralkid.
Us old buggers need a bit of that to keep us motivated.
hopefully we will catch up with you at the 300. _________________ Can-Am X Team
