Decided today to do a training sesion and run in the new kwacka and ktm 450 for the vic titles in camberra with TODD127 ,MARKO, and myself. The session started out well with all of us doing 20min runs and feeling pretty good with our selves, after 3 sessions we decided to changes tracks which was our big mistake. The first part of the track was fast with some small jumps but when i rounded a left hand corner a tree had fallen across the track i gave some gas to get the front end up but the rear bucked me and catapulted me up into the air ,at this time i decided to bail and landed away from the bike with a couple of rolls for good measure , i got up and could hear todd coming fast i tried to warn him but was to late he hit the tree with impact but tried to hold on he too went over the bars but couldn't get away for the bike, i ran over to him and could see he was in alot of pain .Lucky we both had all our armer and bracing on . We waited for Marko to get to us and he had to get the retrever 4x4 .Todd was then taken to hospital .He is now lying at home with 3 broken ribs, broken collar bone . and alot of purple brusing down his left side.Moral to this story is always ride with someone else and make sure you have your saftey gear on because thats all what saved him.
Hopefully he makes a quick recovery to get to the first round of the vic titles for team green.

My Australia day was fantastic. First Todd tells me I have to work all weekend including the public holiday (monday) and then around 3 oclock I decide I'll give the slave driver a call to see how lying around at home was. Well....... after he answered the phone sounding like he had just finished a 3000km marathon he proceeded to tell me the events of the day. Me, as a good worker, told him to take the week off and I'll look after the shop. Now the funniest thing I've seen all week was this fat guy (read todd with his arm under his shirt) walking/limping into the shop and looking like he was hit by a train. I for one hope he gets well soon so he can come and do something around the place so I can get back to doing nothing and getting paid for it!!!
