I have done the following so far...
Removed all restrictors, ie exhaust, inlet and CVT.
New CDI fitted (OORacing).

Basically my son is wanting more the speed, looking at some other upgrades.

CVT Rollers (Weights) Change them.
Rejet.
Big Bore Kit.
Because the engine is a 50cc QMB139 GY6, there are a heap of kits for them, however most look to be made in china
Anyone here done any upgrades with this kits. There are mainly used on scooters.

I am also going to upgrade the wheels / tires to the same spec as the KFX90.
But they will be DWT instead of the steel ones. The beauty is that the KFX50 and KFX90 have the same frames.

The reason to upgrade, cheaper to upgrade KFX50, rather then buy a new quad.
