I keep loseing my clutch after rideing for ten or so minutes, so when I go to use the chutch there is nothing unless I pull it in a heap of times. If I leave it cool down the clutch will work again, I have blead it a heap of times even when it is hot and still the same. What else could it be????? Confused

check the slave cylinder isnt cracked. the chain guard bolts through it and if overtightened can cause hairline cracks which lose fluid. also try reverse bleeding the clutch system as they can be quite difficult to bleed and can end up with air bubbles trapped in them

It will likely be the o ring in the slave cylinder, mine did exactly the same thing, you cant buy the o ring on its own unless you go to an o ring place though, Polaris and KTM both only sell the slave cylinder as an assembly not as individual parts. I have a packet of o rings the right size in my KTM spares kit.

The recommended procedure for bleeding the clutch on any of the magura hydraulic systems is to reverse bleed with a syringe and make sure that you only use mineral base oil, Magura Blood, Polaris Hydraulic Clutch oil, Motorex Hydraulic clutch fluid or Singer machine oil are all good to use.

Pulled the slave cylinder and the o-ring was worn flat and it was hard the rest looked fine, looked through my o-ring kit and found the CAT o-ring 5k9090 fits fine and workes. So if it happens to you find a CAT fitter he'll have heaps of them. Thanks for the help Very Happy
