As you are already aware the raptor 90 is designed for 12 years and over to ride. which means the suspension is stiffer to allow for this. But if you put anyone younger on the raptor , the suspension is too hard, which makes the rear wheels lift on turning. I have had this problem and have over come this.
My daughter is 7 yrs old, and is racing hers in motorcross, and with the help of some lighter rate King Springs the bike handles a lot better.
You don't have to change shocks just put the springs on the standard shocks.
the shocks are adjustable and you can adjust the tension of the spring to suit the rider and the terrain , whether it be trail riding or mx racing.
these are proven and all research has been done developing them.

My spring is great for the little Raptor 90 but now a friend has asked about one for the Suzuki 90 - are they the same?

i dont know mate, but if he wants to he can send the originals in , we can remake lighter spec springs based on the originals. which is what we did with the raptor springs. By the way the fronts work awesome,
I will find out my end as well if these fit the suzuki 90.
