hi

the brakes are ok but ,

the rear brake ligth is Permanently lit (On all the time) in my atv

(cfmoto 500A 2 seaters 2010 with digital instrument panel)

did anyone knoe the reason ?

The actual switch is down on in the front right hand side wheel well behind a removable panel. Dirt and mud build up can cause it to stick on.

do you mean that there is a switch somewhere that it is ON ?

i did not uderstand where is it ?

i know that the rear brake work from the left hand lever or right leg pedal

( we drive on the right side )

Where the brake pedal is, on the other side of the plastic panel is where the switch is for the left hand lever and the brake pedal. ( They are the same circuit operating front and rear brakes.) A little spring pulls the switch on when the foot pedal or left hand lever moves.
You can see the master cylinder in there along with the cable from the left hand brake lever. Two small bolts hold a panel. This panel is inside the mudguard and bolted to the frame in a vertical position.

The right hand lever, for the front brakes only, has it's own micro-switch underneath the lever, and has not given me any trouble.
