A.
No Helmet = Skull Fracture,
Helmet = NO skull fracture.
B.
Riding 2 up on Quad rated for one = Fall off.

It's stupid that a writer can sit there and blabber on with all this "profanity removed" about quads with no experience on riding quads. Obviously these blokes didn't have helmets on and riding with two people on a quad for one as a bloke said before me.
The farmer that died could not have been riding it right if all of a sudden the quad rolled On him. It shits me when people with no experience on quads eg leaning and shifting your centre of gravity when riding up hills hurt themselves and then a big bloody investigation happens into it we draw the short stick. Sorry if I going on guys but f**k me it's ridiculous. We shouldn't have to bare the brunt for idiots. Every sport has their dangers you just have to learn how to conquer them lol.
I want my kids to be able to ride quads and bikes rally cars do all the things I use to without being wrapped in bubble wrap and speed limited to 30kmh.

| Fully agree with you it seems to be a fact of life now a few idiots stuff it for every one , I think we all need to harden up and stop sueing for nothing , in the long run it affects every one get back to common sense seems to have been lost. |

Ban the "no win, no fee" option & wallah , half the frivolous lawsuits disappear straight away.
Of course then the Lawyers would have to sue for loss of earnings, & compensation for the mental anguish they would endure as people started to take responsibility for thier OWN actions.
The only winner would be the Lawyer representing the Lawyers.
The only losers,... all of us taxpayers as usual.
